Cancellation Policy for Course Purchases
At AngelAvenue, we strive to provide our students with the highest quality education and training in the beauty industry. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation policy for course purchases. Please read it carefully.
Course Cancellation by the Student
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:
• More than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a £50 administration fee.
• 14 to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your course, you may do so up to 14 days before the course start date at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the course start date will incur a £25 rescheduling fee.
Course Cancellation by Angel Avenue
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness), you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be offered the following options:
• A full refund of the course fee.
• The option to transfer your enrollment to a future course date.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Special Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. If you believe that your situation warrants an exception to this cancellation policy, please contact us directly. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
